Frequently asked questions

How do I schedule a meeting across time zones?
Add all participating cities or IANA zones to the grid, pick the meeting date, and look for columns where every row is green — those hours fall inside business hours for everyone.
Can I change the business hours range?
Yes — adjust the Business start and Business end inputs to match your organization's working hours (e.g., 08–18 instead of the default 09–17).
Why does the date change for some zones in the grid?
When an hour crosses midnight in a given zone the grid shows the next calendar date. This is expected — a 9 AM Monday meeting in New York may fall on Tuesday in Tokyo.
Does it account for daylight saving time?
Yes. All times are computed using the IANA tz database via Luxon, which correctly handles DST transitions in every zone.
