What is the difference between calendar days and business days?

Calendar days count all 7 days of the week. Business days (weekdays) count only Monday through Friday, excluding weekends but not public holidays.

Yes. Luxon's date arithmetic is fully aware of leap years, so spans crossing February 28–March 1 are always counted correctly.
